Thought this might be of interest to some of you - the mountain bikers are organizing a REC3 course next week for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. REC3 is the recommended First Aid Award for a number of higher level Instructor Awards such as the Mountain Leader, Mountain Bike Leader and Kayak/ Canoe Level 3 Instructors. We still have a few spots left for anyone who wants to join in. It'll be €137 for the course. Let me know if you need any more info.
