There'll be an RSR2 (River Safety and Rescue) course on Sarturday 3rd May. This is a one day course aimed at Level 3 standard paddlers, so all those Level 3+ I'd highly recommend it! Also it is now COMPULSARY for anybody wanting to do their L4 assessment so this is to benefit those of you who would be aiming for that soon - The idea of it is to improve people's awareness and rescue skills on a river. (For those of you wondering, it is pretty much what we're going to be doing on the Alps Safety Day and more, only difference being you get certified for it)
Cost will be 35euro, meeting at the BH at 10am Saturday morning.
